The Dover/Kent County MPO has three new members on its Public Advisory Committee. Two of the new members fill open seats for Kent County Levy Court representation. Ed Maron of Dover is a budget analyst for the Delaware Transit Corporation. Kevin Yingling, also of Dover, is the Marketing Manager for the  Delaware Electric Cooperative. Levy Court appointed Mr. Maron and Mr. Yingling to the PAC in December. Rob Book of Milford also works for the Delaware Electric Co-op as assistant vice president of member services, and will serve as Mr. Yingling’s alternate to the PAC. Levy Court appointed him along with Mr. Yingling last month.
