Consultant invitation to submit proposals.

Dover Kent County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking priced proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to perform specific assignments in support of the MPO’s FY27 UPWP plan of work that will result in the implementation of a transportation, land use, and economic development strategy for Kent County, Delaware.

Individual project descriptions are available on the MPO website: www.doverkentmpo.org/scopesfy27. Bidders are responsible for obtaining the bid information at the Dover Kent County MPO website.

Interested parties are asked to submit a priced proposal, including qualifications, via email to michelle.vinson@doverkentmpo.org.

Consultants may submit responses to any and/or all of the individual projects.

Deadline for responses is 1:00 PM, Friday, June 5, 2026.

Seeking New Planner

Dover Kent County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking a Principal Planner. Position is located in Camden, DE. This is a professional and technical position in planning, working with land use planning, zoning and corridor studies, and GIS, related to the transportation planning process.
